A Special Meeting of the Board of Education will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually and simulcast on YouTube beginning at 7:00 due to the COVID-19 global pandemic and can be accessed at: https://youtu.be/_QvOHXvc6Us

The agenda for the meeting is available by going to Administration --> Board of Education -->Agenda

PARTICIPATION

Due to the recommended stay-at-home advisory for Suburban Cook County, District 106 would like to provide our community with two ways to comment at the Wednesday, December 23, 2020 Special Meeting of the Board of Education.

Option #1: Comment Form

Board members will read each submitted statement, however, these comments are not read aloud at the meeting.

This form will stop accepting submissions at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in order to allow sufficient time to process and submit them to the Board of Education.

Option #2: Speak During the Simulcast

Please complete the following form if you wish to speak via Zoom during the Communications, Visitor Comments, and Participation agenda item.

This form will stop accepting submissions at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in order to allow sufficient time to process these requests.

- Please leave your name, address, email address, and phone number on the form. 

- On Wednesday after 5:30, you will receive information via email to access the meeting through a video conference. 

- You will be admitted to the meeting by a moderator and have your microphone muted until your name is called during the public comment session. 

- The public comment period will be limited to allow the rest of the agenda items to be discussed in a timely manner. 

- Each individual will have a maximum of 5 minutes to address your comments to the board of education. Then you will be removed from the meeting and can continue to watch via the public stream on YouTube.
