The Department of Finance & Operations serves the District 106 community by making efficient, effective, and equitable use of resources. The department maintains the district budget, completes the tax levy, and oversees daily operations. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Annual Audits & Annual Financial Report (AFR)
• Bids & Proposals
• Cash Management
• Employee Benefits Management
• Financial Forecasting
• Food Services
• Mandated Governmental Reporting
• Insurance and Risk Management
