Lee Hilbrich serves as an assistant in the administration/business office. She is the primary contact for community groups requesting use of District building space and she also coordinates the hiring and daily assignments of substitute teachers within the District. Additionally, Lee provides assistance to the Highlands Student Services/Special Education Department. Lee’s background is in human resources and general business administration in various industries, primarily advertising and media. She holds a bachelors degree from Marquette University and an MS from Indiana University and is happy to support both school’s basketball teams.

Lee is proud to have raised two Hornet children, Brad and Karlyn. During their time at Highlands Lee served the PTC in many capacities, including President, and she was also a Director on the District 106 Educational Foundation Board. Lee and her husband Chuck live in Indian Head Park and she is delighted to continue to be a part of the Highlands community.
