Message From the Principal
Highlands Middle School Students and Families -
2025 has certainly flown by and we are almost to the back half of the school year. I cannot believe that 2026 is just right around the corner. We are so excited to continue our work together, helping our students learn and grow. This is my fourth year as principal of Highlands Middle School, and it is shaping up to be the best one yet! But, there are many great things still to come this school year for students, staff and families alike!
Together we strive to fulfill the mission, vision and values of our school, district and community. Specifically, LaGrange Highlands School District 106 serves about 1000 students from parts of Countryside, Indian Head Park, La Grange, and Western Springs. Students in Early Childhood through eighth grade make up the District 106 family. By empowering students as partners in learning, the District 106 community fosters academic ownership, dynamic learning experiences, and empathetic citizens.
It has been a great year thus far, but we are gearing up for an even better second half of the school year! We are very excited to fill these halls each and every day. and commit each and every day to an amazing school year.
