Illinois public school districts are required to make purchases and enter into contracts in accordance with Illinois law. Contracts in excess of $25,000 are made in accordance with the state bidding procedure unless specifically exempted by Illinois School Code (specifically, Article 10, Section 20.21). Prevailing Wage:

All contractors are advised that no less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work for LaGrange Highlands School District 106.
